Alexander Liegl acts for listed companies, financial investors and family-owned companies on – mostly cross-border – M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations. He advises on the acquisition, sale and structuring of corporate participation as well as inheritance disputes and foundations. Since December 2006, Alexander Liegl has been holding a honorary professorship at the Technical University Munich, since March 1993, he has been Honorary Consul of the Principality of Monaco in Bavaria as well as in Saxony since 1996.
